Justice Post
Musician - Music Teacher
A native of Pacific Grove, Justice Post is a versatile musician who performs and teaches around the Monterey Peninsula.

Starting out out at age six, Justice continued to study music seriously during his time as a student. He studied both piano and violin privately, in addition to playing in a variety of ensembles. Finally he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from CSU Monterey Bay.

As a working musician, Justice spends much of his time as an accompanist.
Since 2017 he has been on the staff of Monterey Peninsula College as the school's pianist, accompanying the choir and voice classes (plus the occasional musical theater show).

Starting with the 2024 season, he has also been named as the assistant director for the Choral Artists of Carmel, where he had already been serving as a rehearsal pianist, under the direction of Robin McKee Williams.

In sacred music, Justice has served as a pianist or organist for several different congregations. Since 2018 he has been the organist and director of music at St Philip's Lutheran Church of Carmel. He is also a frequent accompanist for Saturday masses at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish in Carmel Valley.

As an educator, Justice enjoys giving private lessons and collaborating with other student music programs in the area. In addition to his work with MPC, he continues to lend support within the public school system, helping out with music programs such as Olson Elementary in Marina or the Pacific Grove Middle School choir. He also serves occasionally as a musical director or accompanist for productions at Ariel Theatrical children's theatre.
